Bob Phibbs emailed me this morning; he was the keynote at our recent seminar for retailers:  You Can Compete, sponsored by J.D. Associates, point of sale system experts. In the retail world, Bob Phibbs is known as The Retail Doctor, at the ready to help fix your retail pains.

I watch YOUR BUSINESS on MSNBC every Sunday morning @ 7:30 in the Boston environs. Yesterday, though, I missed it. As luck would have it, Bob Phibbs, or his 'evil twin,' was on yesterday, talking about How to Scare Off Your Customers (2:45). It's easier than you think.

Business owners howl if they lose customers.  Bob has some practical advice (that is if you can take practical advice from an adult in a devil costume, not at a Halloween party!) on simple ways to scare off customers.  Stop doing the wrong things and start building customer loyalty. Turn your thinking and behavior around and you'll do the right thing for your customers and your business.
