There is a quick way to send information from the databases to an Excel spreadsheet. The databases in Retail Pro are inventory, departments, vendors and customers. Start in one of these areas and select the information you want to send and then right click to bring up a menu. On that menu, choose the Export option and then “Send to Excel”. Provided you have Excel loaded on your system, a workbook will open and your data will populate into the cells.
