This tip is a reminder to all our clients who use the Accounting Link, to post to QuickBooks. Make sure you check the balances in the accounts: AP RPro and AR RPro. These are clearing accounts and should always maintain a ‘zero’ balance.

If you are in the process of replacing a computer that’s running Retail Pro, do not buy a computer that using either a 64-bit processor or 64-bit operating system. These types of computers are not compatible with Retail Pro. You should purchase a computer running Windows XP Pro 32-bit operating system and non 64-bit processor.
