When entering new items, leave caps on and make sure that the item lookup code is no longer than 12 characters, also use 3 of 9 barcode if labels are to be printed. If entering a jewelry item, use an even amount of all numeric digits and code128C barcode for the jewelry label design. If the item has a UPC, use the UPC as the item lookup code.
