At our January 20th staff meeting, we heard from Megan Foley, the Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity's Fitchburg Affiliate. She made a presentation, complete with slides, describing many volunteer opportunities and current projects. Habitat for Humanity seeks to eliminate poverty housing and homelessness from the world, and to make decent shelter a matter of conscience and action.
