Urgent Notice Regarding Support
– J.D. Associates of Leominster Makes a Move
Mander, Inc. dba J. D. Associates is pleased to announce the consolidation of our offices to a much larger and completely renovated space within our current location at the Longview Corporate Center in Leominster. Our address remains 80 Erdman Way, but after January 19th, all operations will be located on the third floor, with reception in Suite 300.
Our state of the art Training Center and newly renovated Support and Technical Departments will have all the amenities to better serve our clients and employees. The Shipping and Receiving Departments will be revamped and ready for service by Monday 1/22/07. (Please have all your consumables orders in place by Wednesday, 1/17/07 to avoid any delays in getting your supplies to you during the actual move.)
As always, even during the move, members of our Support Staff stand ready to help with your urgent questions. We have a team devoted to making this move with the least possible interruption in phone and computer services to best serve our extensive client base and their related retail operations. However, since there are sometimes factors over which we have no control, we ask your cooperation in calling only for emergency support during the day while we are moving on Friday, Jan. 19th. Please review and save the following procedures, and please be certain to notify your other locations. Thank you for your cooperation!

Daytime – Friday, January 19th, 2007 – Emergency Support Calls Only. Please call our offices for emergency support only! We expect our normal 800 number to receive incoming calls, so please try this number first and leave a message if prompted to do so. We will answer the phone and also check for messages frequently. In the event that you are unable to reach us by our normal phone line, a temporary pager is in place for you to call–978-963-3128 – please leave your phone number with area code.
Friday Evening, Saturday, Sunday – January 19th–21st, 2007. We expect our normal emergency process to be in place – please dial our 800 number and dial 8 for emergency call back, as usual, leaving name, phone number and problem. If, for some reason, our 800 number is not in service or you do not hear from our support staff within 20 minutes, the above temporary pager number – 978-963-3128 – will be working and serving as a back-up for you (please leave your phone number.)
