How to Send an E-mail Blast Using RMS

E-mail blasts are a low-cost, effective way to advertise to your clientele. RMS lends itself to this purpose nicely. Capture e-mail addresses at Point of Sale by entering them into the customer properties. Then, use manager to run a “Customer List with E-mail Addresses” report and export the addresses out to Excel.  From there, copy and paste them in the “Blocked” CC field on your e-mail. This is a wonderful way to advertise an upcoming product line, sale, or event. E-mailing coupons to customers who like certain products, or have an upcoming birthday, is a wonderful way to increase client satisfaction as well as your sales bottom line.
