you can download a demo version of a custom written Retail Pro Plug-in called, the Retail Pro Document Date Checker. This plug-in will give you the ability to stop your staff from creating documents on a day other than the system date. This will enhance loss prevention and stop you from having to correct former documents that were created incorrectly to get your end of day right.
