We recommend a 1-hour training session to learn and review the processes needed for a flawless physical inventory to be performed in your store.

Retailers do a physical inventory at the end of their fiscal year. Many retailers end their fiscal year on December 31st. Since doing a physical inventory in Retail Pro is not a function that stores do frequently, many people get rusty or just forget how to complete the process. If you wait until you are in the middle of taking your physical inventory and then realize that you have forgotten the process, you will need to call our support line for assistance. If you have erroneously completed some steps, you may have caused irreparable damage to your inventory file.
