End of Day/Credit Card Sales

Before you upload your credit card sales at the end of the day, make sure you verify this dollar amount with the credit card sales total printed out on your x/z out report. Any differences should be researched and corrected. Then, your upload procedure may be completed.

For Users running Windows XP:

Anyone who has automatic updates turned on to automatically download and install should change their settings to “Notify Me but don't automatically download or install them”.

The reason being is that this will download and install Internet Explorer 7. IE 7 has issues that can affect Retail Pro. You can still perform updates but choose not to install this one.
