Mood Rating
Give your customers a mood rating when they enter the store by asking them to rate their own mood. Don’t just write it on a Post-it note, although that will work, but make it fun and creative. As they are leaving the store, ask them to rate their mood. If your employees have done a good job of ‘servicing’ the customer, the rating will have improved. How? Connect with them. Give them personal service. Teach them something about your product. They’ll probably buy something as a result of your employees’ efforts.
