Email Receipts, Sales Orders and Purchase Orders directly from Retail Pro as PDF attachments.

  • Can control the printing of normal and EFT receipts and well as emailing receipts.
  • Default Subject and Body text can be entered for each document type to speed up operation.
  • For receipts, new customer records can be created for new email addresses.
  • Email Purchase Orders to vendors with one click.

Print/Email Receipts Screen

This screen will appear when a button labeled Print/Email Receipt is clicked from the side menu. Normally, the Print/Update button would be removed from the Tender screen and replaced with the Update Only button. The receipt would be updated and then the Print/Email button would be used from the Former Receipt screen:

Sales Orders and Purchase Orders

There are similar screens for Sales Orders and Purchase Orders that are also activated from side menu buttons.
