PO Drop Ship to Customer

This modification allows users to add Drop Ship Customers to Purchase Orders.

The user can select the Drop Ship Customer for the PO or if the PO was generated from a Sales Order, then the modification will ask the user if they want to use the SO Ship To Customer.

This modification uses the Customer ID to identify a customer and may not operate properly if duplicate Customer IDs are allowed.
