This module allows the user to schedule inventory items by date and time. This module is excellent for end-users that offer events or services with limited capacity such as classes, tours and rides.
The user sets up schedules consisting of: day of week, times of day and maximum quantity. For example:
Monday 1:00 pm 2:00 pm 3:00 pm
Max Qty: 12 10 10
Any number of schedules can be created and there can be multiple schedules for the same day. Schedules are then assigned to one or more items. The user can also enter lockout dates to prevent reservations from being made for specific dates.
When reservations are made, the use can see the available quantity for the date/time selected and adjacent days and times. Customer names can be associated with a reservation but are not required.
