No returns on software, software maintenance plans, or support plans.
Hardware and Accessories
Undamaged Hardware and Accessories which have not been custom ordered may be returned within 15 days of your receipt from the shipper on the conditions that you may pay a restocking fee of 15% of the original sales prices, including taxes, and that you return the equipment in the original packaging and original condition.
Damaged and Defective Hardware and Accessories
Damaged and defective Hardware and Accessories may be returned on the conditions that you have a carrier note delivery problem (such as discrepancy or damaged box) on “proof of delivery” report, that you:
- Sign the report and have a copy
- Report the damage and defect immediately by telephone when you receive the item
- Retain all shipping cartons and packing materials (required for shipped inspection and verification of damage)
- Return the item to J.D. Associates if J.D. Associates asks
- And finally that J.D. Associates can verify the damage or defect. J.D. Associates will repair or replace the damaged or defective item, as its option, as quickly as possible with the same or comparable item.
